These mugs are awesome! Can’t wait to give them to our Chief and Asst Chief. We are a volunteer department so we had their name put on the back. Turned out beautifully. I especially like the cord on the handle, gives it a special touch. Shipped quickly too!

I custom ordered 13 of these mugs for my husband's crew. Melissa worked with me to get the design and font I wanted on the mugs. Customer service and professionalism was amazing. When I received the mugs, they were even better than I expected. And the guys at the firehouse went CRAZY over them. They loved them!!! I will definitely without a doubt use KranerCustoms again!!! Thank you Melissa!!!

Loved the mug! Used it as a vase for a graduation gift from the fire academy to make a candy bouquet. Well made recommend this shop. Also included a coupon for next purchase. Shipping was quick and it was nicely packaged.

Actually bigger glass than I thought! I was a little iffy on spending 25.00 on one glass but it’s Etsy and a Christmas gift for my retired dad so... I did it. I was also expecting a small beer glass. Lol. This thing is huge. Definitely a PLUS! And something he’ll like. Arrived in perfect packaging! I can actually wrap it in the shipped box so it doesn’t risk breaking in a gift bag

I wanted something odd but special and it was very easy to get my idea across and it came out exactly how I wanted. Customer service was fast and reliable.

Fantastic quality, great product just perfect! Very happy with my purchases from them.

Looks amazing can’t wait to give the gift to my Dad!!!

A great quality gift for a Academy graduate. Having the option to have it personalized made the gift even more special.

This gift was great! Melissa worked with me to personalize the mug for my friend who was graduating from the FDNY academy. She responded quickly, created a design that was prefect and exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was also fast. My friend loves his mug and uses it often.

This was the ABSOLUTE best experience I have ever had with an online vendor!! I could write an extremely long detailed review of all the good things regarding my experience but I will sum it up and state that my son's mug came out perfect and the vendor worked with me to get it before his graduation. I was accommodated beyond measure and the communication was consistent and immediate. I will be spreading the word to my friends and family, as well as purchasing from them again myself. THANK YOU FOR THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!!
