Because every piece is personalized and made to order, all sales are final and we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your piece may already be in production.

Damaged in shipping?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the broken item and the shipping box. Please keep both until we follow up. We'll file the USPS claim and remake and reship your order at no cost.

Our mistake?
If we etch something differently from what you entered, we'll make it right. Please double-check spelling before ordering, since we etch exactly what you type.
